Brand and Product Planning

Before development begins, the following must be confirmed:

• Trademark Status (Whether the trademark exists or has been registered.)
• Brand Identity (CI, logo usage, and main colors)
• Product Concept (Target Market, Positioning, and Claims)
• Key Ingredients and Formulation Direction (Handled by our R&D Laboratory)
• Export regulations by country (Distribution license, ingredient restrictions, and compliance requirements)

Container Selection

Container selection must align with the product concept and target market.
Key considerations:

• Distribution countries and retail environments involved
• Target retail price range
• Material compatibility with the formula.
• Required QA testing to ensure container suitability.
• Post‑processing options (Printing, coating, embossing, labeling, etc.)

Once the container is finalized, production planning can proceed.

Package Design

Based on the confirmed concept and product data:

• The Design Division develops the complete package design. (Primary container, secondary packaging, and artwork)
• Regulatory labeling requirements are applied for each export country.
• The final design files have been prepared for printing.

Final Confirmation & Payment

Before mass production begins:

• The product formula, packaging design, and shipping schedule must be finalized.
• Once payment has been completed, production will begin.
• No modifications are possible after the final confirmation has been made.
