As a GMPC and ISO 22716 certified manufacturer, we provide full technical documentation including MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and COA (Certificate of Analysis) for every batch produced, ensuring seamless customs clearance and retail compliance. Order of Progress for OEM or ODM Projects
1. Sample Confirmation & Ordering
- First, confirm the sample items and place the order.
2. If you proceed, please send us your business registration certificate.
3. Development Costs and Charges
- Product development cost: US$200.00 per item.
- Includes the target sample purchase cost and freight cost
- This amount will be deducted when the official order is placed.
- Payment can be made via PayPal (Account: 25@252525.co.kr).
- Freight cost: Please provide your DHL import number.
- If you don’t have one, you can apply for one from DHL free of charge.
- Or EMS cost: Payment is also possible via PayPal.
4. Samples Development and Delivery
- Samples will be developed and delivered.
5. Redevelopment & Reset
- If you are dissatisfied, samples will be redeveloped and resent.
6. Firm Order
- Finally, place the firm order.

- How long does it take to provide a trial sample?

This takes approximately two to three weeks, depending on the content of the request.

- When do you select a cosmetic container?

You must select a container before developing a cosmetic product. Container selection takes a surprisingly long time. And we must conduct a C/T test on the cosmetic container and contents.

- Do you have a MOQ?
-
We generally require a minimum order of 5,000 units (30,000~50,000 mask packs).
To provide a product that requires original printing for the container design.
As for the contents (the formula itself), it may be possible to produce them in our factory or laboratory.
However, the final production quantity is not solely determined by us. It's a standard practice in the cosmetics industry.
The overall production run will be determined by the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements of the packaging and component suppliers.
For example, even if we are capable of manufacturing only 1,000 to 2,000 units of a product,
We are often required to order a larger quantity of jars, bottles, tubes, or other components from our suppliers.
If their minimum production quantity is 5K, we must order at least that amount to proceed with the project.
This is a common practice across the industry, not just with our factory.
A possible method (for 1~2K) is for the OEM and ODM requester to supply containers and auxiliary materials to our factory.

- What is the Cosmetic Container C/T test?

Cosmetic container C/T test stands for Compatibility Test, which assesses container suitability or compatibility. It is a quality control process to ensure that, when cosmetic formulations are filled into the selected container, the product does not deteriorate and the container remains intact during distribution and consumer use. For the cosmetic container C/T test, 10–20 containers are required.

- What is the copper plate used for in the making of aluminium pouches?

To make an aluminum porch,
